BYU study abroad application process
The BYU Study Abroad application process is easy. You may apply at any time, but we recommend that students apply as early as possible.
The earlier you are accepted into a program, the more likely it is you will receive scholarship money from us. You will need to fill out the online application and submit it with payment by credit card.
Once your form has been submitted and approved, you will be contacted with an invitation letter and a link to pay for your program fees.
The entire process takes about 10 minutes! The following steps provide more information about the application process:
- Apply online by visiting http://apply.byu.edu/
- Apply for one of their programs using our online application form (all information is confidential). Your application will be reviewed by one of their staff and an invitation letter issued within 4-6 weeks after the application deadline.
- Pay for your program fees through PayPal or credit card. You can pay when you apply or later on in the year if there is still space available in your desired program(s).
What is BYU University known for?
